Hey everyone, is your mobile phone / android getting this error? i will show you how to fix it!!
Before you start
1. Restart your phone
2. Once your phone starts, connect to the internet through wifi or wherever you connect usually then go to Settings -> Account & Sync
3. Once you are there, click "Add Account" and input your email and password until you log in successfully.
I recommend you checking the 2 boxes over there. (Background and Auto-Sync Data)
After that, you should be OK, but there is one thing left to do to get it done
1. Go to settings -> applications -> all applications -> Google Play (Find Google Play / Play Store and click it)
2. once you are at the Google Play settings, be sure to Force Stop it first, and then Clear the Recent Data and Cache.
3. Now go and open Google Play, it should load without any problem at all

The message in Greek is:
"Δεν είναι δυνατή η δημιουργία αξιόπιστης σύνδεσης δεδομένων σε αυτόν το διακομιστή. Αυτό ενδέχεται να είναι ένα προσωρινό πρόβλημα ή το τηλέφωνο σας ενδεχομένως να μην υποστηρίζει υπηρεσίες δεδομένων. Εάν το πρόβλημα δεν λυθεί,επικοινωνήστε με την Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών"
